All submissions and additions to the UF Jazz Calendar must be done through this contact form to ensure accuracy of the calendar listing.  Many UF students use this calendar for concert report credit so please make sure all information is accurate before submitting. 

All the information below is necessary for our audiences so they have the information they need to attend your event.  The site is updated weekly.  Please get your submissions in a week in advance and sooner if possible.  We look forward to letting our jazz community know about your awesome music!

1.  Name
2. Email Address and phone.
3. Date of Event.

4. Start time and end time.

5. Is the gig occurring every week.  If so we will list it throughout this semester.

6. Include your website address if you have one.

7.  Is there a cover charge at your establishment.
